STF observes 9th commemoration day of Sunita

December 15, 2022: Sunita Trust Foundation (STF) observed the 9th commemoration day of Sunita Chaudhary on December 15, 2022.
The occasion was presided over by founding chair Aasmni Chaudhary. Saugat Bir Chaudhary was the chief guest on the occasion while the program was hosted by Shiva Chaudhary and the welcome speech was delivered by Kamala Sharma.
The guests one by one honored the photograph of Sunita by putting vermillion color on her forehead and putting flower garlands around her photograph. For a moment the hall was totally silent.
Over 30 participants representing life members of STF, and senior staff members of Rural Women Development Center and Aatmanirbhar LBS were present on the occasion.
Those who spoke on the occasion were Kalidas Chaudhary, Rajani Shrestha, Chief guest Saugat Bir Chaudhary and chair Aasmani Chaudhary. All the speakers prayed for the soul of Sunita to rest in heaven and committed to working forward to fulfill the dreams seen by Sunita when she was alive.
STF has been contributing to poor students of various community schools by providing them with educational materials as a form of scholarship every year. More than 60 students have already been supported with educational materials such as school bags, copies, pencils and school uniforms.
